Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Pine Mountain Music Festival. Without our volunteers, there is no Festival. We’re always looking to add volunteers to the Festival family. See below for available opportunities. For additional information, or to sign-up as a volunteer, contact PMMF at festival@pmmf.org or at (906) 482-1542.

Housing Hosts

Housing hosts open their homes to Pine Mountain Music Festival performers in June and July for as little as one night and for as long as several weeks, depending on our housing needs in each area. Housing volunteers provide services similar to a bed and breakfast. We work with you and your schedule to match performers with you based on your availability. Many of our housing hosts develop lasting friendships with our performers. Areas: Keweenaw, Dickinson, Marquette, Ironwood, and Northeast Wisconsin.

Office Helpers

Would you like helping with mailings, doing data entry and answering phones? We’re seeking volunteers to help with these tasks and more, usually during business hours. Our offices are located on the second floor of the Quincy Mine Office Building (located in Hancock along US-41) and are open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

Local Committee Volunteers

We couldn’t have such a successful season without the help of our local volunteer committees. They distribute posters and brochures, usher and sell tickets at events, coordinate host housing, brainstorm marketing ideas, host local fundraising events, and much more! Areas: Keweenaw, Dickinson, Marquette, Ironwood, and Northeast Wisconsin.

Advertising Solicitors

Each year our concert program features ads from businesses in the communities in which we perform. It takes an army of volunteers to personally contact local businesses to offer this advertising opportunity. Areas: Keweenaw, Dickinson, Marquette, Ironwood, and Northeast Wisconsin.
